Dr. Gozde Tutuncuoglu is an Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Wayne State University, where she leads the Novel Materials and Devices (NOMAD) Laboratory. Her research focuses on emerging nanoelectronic devices, memristors and RRAM, neuromorphic and in-memory computing, and device-to-algorithm co-design. She received her Ph.D. from EPFL in Switzerland, where she studied III–V semiconductor nanostructures, and subsequently conducted research at Georgia Tech and Microsoft Quantum. At Wayne State, she also leads semiconductor education and workforce-development efforts, including the university’s online M.S. program in Semiconductor Engineering.
