Danche Gjorgjievski serves as the Chief Technology Officer at ADAC, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across advanced electronics and mechatronics in the automotive industry. Throughout her career, she has guided product strategy, scaled complex engineering organizations, and driven operational excellence across global teams. Prior to her work in automotive, Danche spent six years in the aerospace and defense sector, leading innovation and growth initiatives, including technology development in support of the Artemis II program. Danche is the current Chair of the MEMA Advanced Technology Council and is deeply committed to advancing technologies that create meaningful societal impact. She is equally passionate about community engagement and actively mentors emerging leaders to help shape the next generation of innovators.
